Yogyakarta, October 28, 2023 – The Department of Science, Observers, and Entrepreneurship of PERMAHAMI Nayakaharsa Cabinet once again organized its flagship program, the Entrepreneurship Workshop with the theme “Entrepreneurship Seminar & Yoghurt Making Training.” The event, held at the Integrated Agrocomplex Laboratory of UGM on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 07:30, drew the attention of students from the Department of Agricultural Microbiology UGM by featuring competent speaker Candra Rahmani Priyambada, CEO of YAHUUD YOGHURT.

The purpose of this event is to equip participants, who are students of Agricultural Microbiology, with knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, especially in the yoghurt industry. The Entrepreneurship Workshop is an initiative of the Department of Science, Observers, and Entrepreneurship of PERMAHAMI, as a manifestation of attention to the development of students’ potential. The workshop not only provides an initial explanation of the establishment of the Yahuud Yoghurt business by Candra Rahmani Priyambada but also engages participants in a discussion about the business’s development to date. The workshop’s material includes tips on building and developing businesses in general, providing broad insights for participants interested in starting their own ventures.

For participants, the majority of whom are students from the Department of Agricultural Microbiology UGM, the workshop also provides specialized training in yoghurt making. Candra will provide practical, step-by-step guidance in the yoghurt production process that is not only delicious but also meets high-quality standards. Participants can learn firsthand how to manage ingredients, detail the fermentation process, and create interesting flavor variations. Through direct demonstrations and interactive Q&A sessions, participants can gain in-depth insights into the intricacies of producing high-quality yoghurt.

“This program not only focuses on the entrepreneurial aspect but also provides direct understanding and skills in making yoghurt. We hope that participants can implement the knowledge gained to start their own businesses and benefit the community,” said one representative from the Department of Science, Observers, and Entrepreneurship of PERMAHAMI. Through this practical experience, participants are expected to feel more confident in running a yoghurt business or even exploring entrepreneurial opportunities in other fields.

The Entrepreneurship Workshop is a tangible commitment from PERMAHAMI to provide relevant insights and practical skills to students, in line with the dynamic demands of the business world. By bringing industry leaders like Candra Rahmani Priyambada, participants are expected to be inspired to explore their entrepreneurial potential and achieve success in the future.
