The Department of Agricultural Microbiology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), marked another important milestone during the May Graduation Ceremony held on Thursday, 28 August, 2025. On this occasion, four students were officially conferred their bachelor’s degrees after completing their studies and research in the field of agricultural microbiology.

The graduates are Fajar Nugrahanto, Rizky Octavya, Fathia Thaurika Rahma, Muhammad Sativa Arsya, Tasya Rindhy Bella Antika, dan Zikra Fathin Nabila. Each of them successfully completed their academic journey with notable research contributions that advance scientific development, particularly in agricultural microbiology related to sustainable agriculture, environmental management, and biotechnology.

This graduation is not only a proud moment for the Department of Agricultural Microbiology but also a source of new hope that the graduates will actively contribute to society—whether as researchers, educators, practitioners, or entrepreneurs in the agricultural and environmental sectors. Equipped with knowledge, skills, and innovative spirit, the four graduates are expected to make meaningful contributions toward advancing Indonesian agriculture and supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education.
