Fieldwork (Kerja Lapangan/KL) from January 6–31, 2025, was carried out by four students—Ravinella An Naura, Almayra Khanza Fahrani, Naza Alimah, and Sherly Aurora Cahyadewi—at PT Ajinomoto. This activity served as direct learning in the industry, particularly in the fields of microbiology, chemistry, and organizational management. Ngadiman, M.Si., Ph.D., the session aimed to gather student feedback on the dynamics of lectures, academic advising, and study progress. In addition to its health advantages, kombucha has significant economic potential as a trendy product in the healthy beverage market. The event took place from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Department of Microbiology Secretariat. This activity is part of efforts to enhance academic quality, governance, and services in line with the standards set by UGM and the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).

The audit began with a welcome speech by the Head of the Department of Agricultural Microbiology, who emphasized the importance of AMI as an evaluation process for the department’s work plan implementation.
